At Red Rock Canyon Bath & Body, every product is handcrafted in small batches with the highest quality, local ingredients. Because these are personal care products, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted on opened or used items due to safety and hygiene reasons.
However, your absolute satisfaction is the top priority, and finding a solution that makes you happy is always the goal.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged during transit, or if the wrong item was received, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

A replacement will be shipped out immediately, or a full refund will be issued for the item—at no extra cost to you.
Unopened and Unused Items
If you change your mind about a product, unopened and completely unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a product refund or store credit.
