1. Handcrafted Product Variations & Natural Ingredients

Because our products are uniquely handcrafted in small batches, please be aware of the following:

  • Natural Variations: Minor variations in color, shape, scent, and texture are completely normal and are a testament to the authentic, small-batch nature of our soaps, balms, and skincare. No two bars or tins will look identical to the stock photos, though the recipe remains identical.

  • Ingredient Responsibility: We disclose every ingredient used—including hand-rendered local suet tallow, raw goat milk, organic plant oils, and essential oils—on our packaging and website listings. It is the customer's responsibility to read all ingredient lists thoroughly prior to use to ensure no personal allergies or sensitivities exist.

2. General Conditions & Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us.
